| Construction Market Data Group has used my art to
wrap the cover of their publication, "ProFile - The
Architects Sourcebook," since 1998. "ProFile,"
published in partnership with the AIA, is the most complete
listing of U.S. architects and their firms. This 40" x
50" painting was a site specific commission based on photos
taken of two buildings-their previous offices and their new
headquarters in Atlanta. There is even reference to the blueprints
of the new building in the painting. This painting now hangs in
the lobby of CMDG. |

| By marketing my own work across the country, I have had
the unique opportunity to meet the people who are passionate about the
work that I do. Many of these people are architects whose own work often
inspires mine. Frequently, I am asked to give presentations to firms;
showing slides as well as actual paintings and speaking about the work
that I do. |
| I have done many commissions for firms that are either
site specific or firm specific (encompassing a body of work by one
architect or firm). The collage details are produced from photographs of
their actual projects. These unique pieces often hang in reception areas
or conference rooms; others are given as gifts to special clients. Some
firms have purchased the right of reproduction to the image of their
commissioned piece to be used for their brochure or promotional
materials. |
